The defending Heinbuch Classic Champions (and OFSAA ‘AAAA’ Champions) Oakwood Barons will be back trying to win its sixth Heinbuch championship. Can they be stopped? Fifteen teams from around the province will be doing their best to crown a new champion. The Heinbuch Classic committee welcomes Ottawa St. Patrick’s Irish and Ottawa Lisgar Lords who will each be making its first appearance in the Heinbuch Classic bringing to 105 the total number of schools who have participated over the tournament’s 31 years. Sixteen games will be played on Friday, November 28 at the two gyms at RIM Park in Waterloo beginning at 8:45am and continuing all day. There will be plenty of free parking.

There will be no admission charge until the four Divisional Championship games on Saturday afternoon/evening when admission will be $5 for adults and $2 for high school students. Elementary school students and Seniors will be admitted free of charge.
